Rosa is coming to your neck of the desert, Southwesterners!

They're giving out sandbags here this afternoon, some folks will need them. Tucson will be on the eastern edge of the heaviest rain, Yuma gets 3 1/2 inches per year, they could see that in 24hours Monday. Phoenix may see 5 to 6 inches...bad news for up there! It's a glorious 69F this morning, dew points are up though, muggy...bring it on Rose!!
 
Yeah, this is probably more of a good thing, with some inconveniences.
 
Get yer snorkel and trunks and prepare to meet Flipper :smurf:
