Remote Amp Turn On

I have a PL400 that I'm in the process of WOPL'ing. Once I'm done I'd like to be able to turn it off and on. I found this power strip that has a remote turn on. You can use a switched outlet on a pre-amp as the control voltage. Seems like it would work well.

My suggestion is to use a remote controlled socket .
Uhm , I'm lazy
Anyway It's a good solution ( remote or not remote )
because you save the power switch of your preamp or
power amp . For instance PL 700 , MC Intosh C28 , PL 2000 and so on .
