Sorry gents work got in the way this week. So I pulled the rca jacks out and made sure they were insulated from the chassis. Not sure if something wasn't tight or what but it seems to have fixed it almost... it still does it intermittently but killing the volume makes it stop. It will atleast take a decent amout of volume now and not buzz. It also seems to make a difference if i run the power cord to its own separate outlet. If i use the power strip the preamp is using it buzzes. The turn off pop is completely gone. I noticed it will sometimes start buzzing if I switch the meter knob. I still need to pull the cover off and take the pics but the wires appear to me to be connected correctly on the speaker protection. Man I love the way this thing sounds... I can't imagine the WOPL upgrades. Also thanks for all those suggestions about the correct order to do them in. I have 2 whole days off starting today so I will get those pics up.
