PL400 II Resurrection

If you are talking about the wires on the bottom of the board that go to the bottom row of transistors on the chassis ( to be like sure, ye ken) yes, and as I'm not sure of anything regarding this infernal box I've redone them, unfortunately to no avail.
With great risk to my personal mental health, I might add, because every time I need to move that board I psychologically cr*p myself...

On Q9R collector, what voltage are you seeing?

I'd made an edit to my post, but it seems to have gone wrong. I was hunting for faults and found Diode 13R to be possibly dodgy. So I replaced it. Of course a wire came off on the other channel but this time I caught it.
Trying to bias the right channel I now can't get it under say 1V. C-E on the 2N5088 fully CC is still 2V
Q9R collector is -77V. The other one is closer to -78V. Both Positives are +78V. The right side is still devoid of power transistors bar the 2 drivers.
