There was a in original box 1250 at the fleamarket yesterday for $100 (manuals and paperwork included). It looked super clean but I passed on it for $100. I don't know enough about them though it seemed like a good deal. If something was wrong with it, I did not want to be stuck with it

Should have bought it. They go for around 400 in broke condition. 900-1500 restored...

Money was an issue in my decision also Jason, I did not have the $100 to spend. I am sure it will be there next week, it was still there in the afternoon when we left

If the SX-1250 is still available someone needs to forward some cash to Ron to pick it up. Otherwise, I might have to delete any of these posts related to the SX-1250 as if it hadn't happened.

Still got some shipping cash?? Use it, that is too good a deal to walk away from Dude... especially if it's nice cosmetically...

No I only moved the 1250 posts, I don't think we need to start a thread for cute neighbors.

I should put this thread in the heads up section, but I don't want to attract too much attention to it.

We ware mostly loose cannons here and if a post or two go off topic I am not going to move those, but here where there were 6 or 8 unrelated posts in a row then I think a thread split is in order.

If we started to split posts for one or two off topic posts every thread would get split multiple times. And while the pay is good it isn't enough to babysit a bunch of misfit Amp heads. :rabbit:

After all he only asked for the 1250 posts to be moved.

Could the 1250 stuff be moved to its own thread? I really want to focus on fixing the bulbs, and this takes away from the thread a bit. Plus, it would be much more followable if it has its own thread.

Sorry about that folks, I don't know the vendor personally so I would have to wait until next Sunday to see him again if he sets up. Did not mean to derail the thread, I saw a reference to a 1250 so LOL... It was the first thing I saw when Debbie and I walked into the fleamarket, big ole Pioneer box :evil4:. Same dude last week had a pair of JBL speakers and they apparently sold before the fleamarket even opened. They were not matched, looked like half of a more modern PA DJ setup type speaker so there was only two loaded speakers for one side

I know they have some value but when you don't have a lot of disposable income, I stick to records and the occasional Matchbox car
