Phase Linear-'ish' Amplifier

Well I had no idea there was an in-between phase for Bob Carver when he sold Phase Linear and started Carver Corp. Has anyone seen one of these? Those VU's look familiar for sure. It almost looks like what would happen if Marantz and Phase Linear had a kid.
