Phase Linear 400 series 2 potentiometers

Does anyone have any idea what the values are for the input sensitivity control pots? Or a place that sells replacements. I could also use a couple of new knobs. I recently bought this amp that has seen less than delicate treatment but plan on working its way through a full upgrade as time goes.
