Phase Linear 3000 Series II Preamplifier Repair 2015

Hello i was given a Phase linear Preamp
that needed to be repaired

So far 4 Jobs are clear

The small switch that controls the capacitance and Resistance one is missing and the other is frozen

the Next problem is when you turn is on the monitor2 clicks on
now if you push if off it clicks back on
but when you hold it off the pre amp works

and the monitor 1 does not work

Can someone tell me the switch i need to buy and
i need a schematic

Any any Help would be deeply Appreciated
 
Post a pic of the switches you need. I might be able to find some...
