Onix CDPs

Dude , yeah, a crown and coke and we're good. Yep, got pretty excited, didn't know there would be that much difference in CD players is all, boy was I wrong.
 
Well...............for now, got 7 to go, but I be happy as a pig in shit with this one.
 
I have a question. Did you notice if there were transport screws on it? In use I mean.

CDPs don't like to be shipped without them. I'm curious if they were all shipped willy nilly, transports bobbin' like a ship in a storm :pirate:

Should the aircore inductors in crossovers be getting hot?
 
Listening to some Gorillaz, Strings are very nice, last track on Tales of the Inexpressible was awesome.
 
OK, whilst the rest of yas been F'in around I've gotten 2 more of them onix thingees to work, one required a harness plug in and had to swap the Platter/laser assembly on another. these are a CD2, and a CD3.

Don't look directly into the laser if it is on, and get the working ones in the mail. :joker:
 
Shpongle"s 2nd cd. track 2 will shake the cement if ya got the equipment.
 
Interesting track.. Yah, I can hear how it could do a number on the walls. (better stop listening before I get the dreaded "Is that YOU up there with your music" I.M.)
 
Larry, 2 of the MBL's won't power up, BUT>>>>>>>> 1 does and plays if you run the platter in and out by hand, i know i can get one out of the 2 and maybe all three!!!@!
