Me likey those baggies :reindeer: , I guess I'll have to bid on Dales behalf to score one (with the included Onix CDP) when they're ready for auction.

btw, I find it fasinating that the major issues with these decks is the transport mechs, and Larry says no one uses transport screws anymore when shipping, HMMMMM?

Did I really say all those things in this thread?? Man, seems like another time, another place....wait it was!! Damn 420

Actually, very timely bump post Lee, my CD-2 has been making a funny noise lately when opening/closing, kinda a chu, chu, chu, thing. it still works perfectly and the drawer opens and closes fine, just started doing this in the last 2 weeks.

Is there a belt in there? What else would make that kinda noise? The brushes on a motor??

BTW, my ONIX bag is still drapped over the big Teac RtR, dunno why I like there, I'm not a queer eye for the straight guy kind of decorator :faroah: I just love that ONIX bag!!

No belts Craig. Just plasticrack and pinion gears. Could be they are dry. Larrt lubes em with something, maybe he'll chime in here.

It's not the transport, not getting tray motor voltage to the harness from the big board.
