Alright all yooze-guys...

I had to bring this thread back to life, because I tell ya man... the "effect" per se is VERY noticeable on the CV 15"'s! When I wrote this thread originally, I was referring to the lil itty bitty drivers on my monitor 70's. But tonight I came across this track in my listening, only this time it was with the CV's. And man.. were they MOVING, even if overall you'd think the music was NOT very loud!

Seriously.. around 1:20ish or so into it, you'll see what is basically subsonic pulses to the order of maybe 2 hz (yeah.. the Xonar can do this, so mebbe not with a CD??). It's like the woofer sucking air in and out a lil bit...

I'll see about postin a vid... but try it if you can! Remember.. Stuwee did say this was the song playing when his ML's blew a woofer, so maybe just maybe ole Dale didn't realize just how much power was being transferred! Because for the back n forth that is visible, overall the sound level is NOT that loud..

I should put a scope to it too, maybe.. hmmmm!
