I think I have it. LOL I never go half way on any thing. Now I'm building another puter. I must be crazy. I will peruse for days before I buy anything.

Big OCD guy here, everything in it's place and a place for everything...

I have to do two things at once or I feel all oogie, like I'm not worthy...that means if I'm talking on the phone, I have to clean something at the same time, or if I'm sitting on the 'throne' I have to talk on the phone, ya know??

I just walk over to what i needed to get/do a few times before getting mad at myself and hopefully making myself do it.

My favorite acronym is still the one Idaho Concrete and Pipe Company used on their fleet plates.

ICP

Sometime towards the 80s the humorless ones noticed and the company had to get new plates.

I have to be that way, cause sometimes the only way to win in the oilfield is to wear the F&^%$%^ problem down to dust. That's what's known as a "mission". Have had a few of those.

When it comes to buying vintage electronics, I thank the Lord there are a few OCDers surrounding me. The time it takes for an OCDer to scrutinize the finer details of a collectible component, I've already paid the cash, and I'm sitting at home enjoying it.
Don't worry, I have OCD tendencies, too.

Nando.

Lee: it's engrained into our culture. Italians and Germans rate right up there as being somewhat fussy. So, this is who I have evolved into. Got a great tale to tell about a particular gent of German descent, who I recently met... or rather re-met a week ago. Here are some clues:

Lee: Oh, those aren't mine. This is the back of Gordon's (IA) truck. These are some of the items he came upon from a new customer of his, who just unloaded a huge amount of Silver Series Pioneer gear and dbx gear for Gordon to sell. The kicker is, Gerry, the owner of what's pictured lives 5 minutes away from me. If I had only known, and Gordon drove more than hour to pick it all up from Gerry's house. Gordon is still apologizing to me and he was worried I wouldn't want to talk to him again.

Tell him by god he had no business in your backyard and he should return all gear thusly moved immediately, to be reimbursed in a timely manner, then absolve him of any guilt in the matter.

Lee: I have most of the Silver gear already... and more. I want all the Pioneer Spec rack handles, only. He will be getting the guilt trip from me, but in case that fails I'm going there with a huge bag of freshly-caught prawns. Which option should I use without blowing it? Those ICs are hand-made.

Nando.

Don't chance it, hit him with both barrels straight up!!

No Spec 2 in the bunch??
What are the chances Gerry kept the Spec 1, 2 & 4. Then I need to bring prawns to Gerry, and not Gordon. Gerry invited me to drop over when I met him at Innovative Audio last weekend.

Nando.

Better gpo, I haven't seen a JR rack without the venerable 1, 2 or 4.
