Northwind's 400 to WOPL 500

Thanks guys... we're going slow but sure n easy here.. Had to get a few tools and whatnot for the B.A.B.B.... Here it is with the old one leaning against, so you can see the difference in the amount of copper... Not as extreme as the 700 ones (crazy Lee.. he gives me a "buss bar".. yup.. out of a HVAC dist. panel!), but hey it'll do ..

Daamn that will pass some current eh? Thank you much Lee!

They're only 1/4 inch thick Jer. I have some 3/8's....

No no no...

Lee gave me that 3/8 stuff awhile back, but it aint easy to put in a 400... I would have to cut it in half lengthwise.. This I bought myself strictly for 400's... Want to see the "big stuff", go review Richards Beastie build - now that mofo you can weld with...

Lee don't make me go figure out all that conductivity formulas I forgot 30 years ago, just to say that the 1/4 at that length and width would power a small house worth of current... "it'll do"..heheh.:happy7:

Alright.. back at it

Now that I've got me "helping hands", ought to be able to start turning over PL14's a lil quicker... Dang does this make it easier...
