That's because you are conditioned to react to a face and it's hidden, I'd guess. If the face was shown it would probably help your opinion.

There is just something strange about that picture and I'm not sure what it is. Maybe it is the face covering, photoshop, air-brushing I dunno lol. Stupid for me to even mention it but I was in a silly mood yeterday.
