That's the big difference between us. We were raising four children when we were 32, and had our first child at 22. When financial statisticians estimate what it costs to raise one child to adulthood, never mind four, your best form of entertainment may be VHS movies and a nice T.V..

Yep, 4 kids for me also, 3 are adults and just my 16 year old son is home. He is proving to be the hardest now, not because he's a bad kid or anything because he is not even close but it's his generation that relies on handhelds for social interaction and the whole videogame culture that have been a problem. It's hard to raise a kid old school today. I don't know what kids do for fun now but it's nothing like when I was a kid when we used our imaginations and actually played with the neighborhood kids. Playing Frisbee, riding bikes, bike fishing trips
Yeah keg parties too LMAO but that was a different time. Kids seemed to be more mentally mature then they are today in many ways
