Need help upgrading cerwin vega dx-9 crossover!!!

Well here's what it looks like now. I have no clue what I'm doing so any advise would kick ass.

Replace the 4 caps with better Poly caps and that sand cast resistor has to go as well, with a Mills resistor.
Parts express ought to have them,. and it can be pretty expensive to do, but if you plan on keeping them its well worth the upgrade.

Wich one is the sand cast resistor ?? Told ya I'm new to this lol. I know what the caps are bit the gold spun wire thing I have no clue or anything with the heat shrink on it either lol. Basically I know what the caps are. Other than that what am I'm looking at? If that makes ANY sense ..

Bottom middle on third pic is the sand cast resistor.
