Looking for a ZVP3306a but it's out of stock at both Mouser and DigiKey, and I don't trust the others. Can buy it here in Sweden but I believe it's original from China, so NO.
Anyway, I need a substitute for it but not sure which attributes is important to follow.
Looking at DigiKey, there are ZVP2110A and BS250P. Which one should you guys recommend?

Not to hijack your thread, but I have a Motorola 8-Track player that has four transistors marked (A4B M141) that I can’t seem to find a cross reference. TO92 packages. Probably a general purpose NPN should work. So if anyone is a wiz with semiconductor cross references, please give me a yell as well.

Farnell is a good source and they have a couple of these in stock. Located in the UK.

Many sources have these in stock.

Jameco, TME, ComSIT, LCSC, Element14, Farnell. Each has several thousand in stock.

Do you have a schematic Mark?

Motorola owned their fabs so they could get anything they wanted back in the day.

No schematic, no user manual (moot anyway- just push the cart in!). It’s a Quadraline quadraphonic 8-Track, GA48HW. Seems to be an orphan product- no info anywhere on it. Bought it for kicks anyway to play with, dead amp, no track indicators light, tracks don’t switch. It’s a corpse but the motor still runs!

If you need that one for the level translation in the RS-B965, either ZVP2110 or BS250P will work just fine.

Cheers

Thanx Gepetto and Alex and of course Vince who have spent so many hours and nerves to solve my problems.
Just came from work and making order list (caps, resistors, trimpots, transistors...). Its gonna take some time but I cant wait to get my decks finally fully serviced, modified and adjusted. Tapes are crying to be recorded.

ZVP2110A, a much better device than the original and is in stock at Mouser. And same pinout. I would not hesitate.
Have them now and complete set off caps for my deck.
Unfortunately, my dear mother passed away and I have to travel ASAP.
Everything else is not important now and have to wait until rainy days are gone...

Of course I'be back and will share results here...

Again, thank you all guys. You're great!

I apologize for missing feedback.
Too many things to take care of this days. Planning to do this and that over the weekend and when the weekend comes there is always something else or I just feel myself tired for doing anything
Anyway, a deck got almost all caps replaced and a transistor in question is in place - everything works fine.
Have to do BIAS adjustment, which I still have some thoughts about but I'll fix it.
Feels really good that a major problem I had in more than a year or two is now gone.
Once again, thank you all for help! Without you I would sold all of my decks a long time ago.
