That arc suppression device looks like it would lengthen the life of switches and relays. The video Nav posted was pretty amazing. I know in the pioneer gear most of them run a soft start and protection relays that the arc suppressor would really help. Of course this is the great thing about newer technology, when restoring this old gear and putting newer, better replacement parts, the gear will last much longer. Does the Phase Linear gear often suffer relay failures? Just curious as a noob. Reading and learning about the PL gear is fascinating in my little nerdy brain lol.
