My Q1 very hot on WOPL Rev.E

Hello,

I just finish my PL14_20 Control Board Kit Rev. E.
My V+ Regulator is good (15,10V) but Q1 (MJE15032G) is very Hot, 70°C after 5mn. It is normal ?

sorry for my poor English
 
The first E board I did I mentioned that to Joe also Marco. He said it was going to run hotter that the D boards as it was now dropping an additional 5 volts from the previous 20 ....

And the positive regulator has the additional load on it of the current mirror source. The negative regulator only has the op amp current running through it.
 
But most of the heat is generated from the voltage drop correct?
