Finally finished my 700B after putting it on hold almost a year while building amps for others.

It's a complete White Oak rebuild with new chassis and heat sinks, including WOPL 1000 insert between the meters.

I decided to go with a slightly different look from the Black with Blue LED lighting on this one (Silver meter bezels and Warm White LEDs).

I'll start with the finished product:

Chassis assembly with Triac power switch in the center. The new front panel power switch now only switches low current Triac gate drive and will last the life of the amp, unlike the stock PL switch.

Soldered the RCA nuts and ground straps to the copper plate to ensure robust signal ground connection over time and use. Copper plate is isolated from chassis ground.

Beautiful work Eric !
That was a clean 700b to start with. I have put Don's Triac in all 3 of the 700b's that I built.
Joe's chassis is so nice as well. Thanks again for detailing your assembly, .... artwork !

Looking good! Which system are they going into?
I plan to eventually use this amp with an Aragon 24K pre, B&W 804 speakers, and a Bluesound Node for streaming.

For now, it will be my shop amp until it has several hundred hours of play time next to my bench.

I’ve gone off the deep end with my main 2-channel system. No way to justify the cost, but I’m extremely happy with the resulting sound and the chase of finding used audio equipment:

Aurender N20 streamer
Bricasti M21 DAC/Preamp
2X Benchmark AHB2 amps in Mono config
B&W 802 speakers

The next project after building a pair of Model ONE’s involves finishing a main 2-channel listening room in the basement.
