Hey, I saw her in Carole King's band back a few months before she became famous and still remember Carole saying this woman will be a big star very soon, and I remember that controlled high squeal the first time to this day.

I was in the balcony and couldn't see much of anything well, but I remember that voice. It was at the Velma V. Morrison Center for the Performing Arts on the Boise State University campus.

(Mrs. Morrison was a patron of the arts and wife of the Morrison of the famous Morrison-Knudson Company, the company that built the world).
