That is what I was thinking, just like the gulf dispersed the oil from the big BP spill.
 
John, given enough time, heavy saltwater will reduce anything to it's elemental particles....

Kind of like the agitator in the washing machine, if you left it running for a month you clothe s would disintegrate also. I think ole George spend much of his younger days doing dryer rides so I doubt he is interested in dispersing oil.

I have a 10HP 1967 vintage Ariens that I have managed to keep putting parts into to keep it alive. It is heavy duty and runs well.
 
We got around 10" here. Had to shovel because the snowblower is in the shed way in the back behind the lawn tractor and all the kids bikes, our rototiller and sundry other things. Thankfully I have a big strapping 15 year old Son LOL

Yeah... I know (WTF are you thinking Ron by not having the snowblower in front grrrr)

Well, the sea lion deaths are a good thing. They are infesting the coast and protected at the same time.

I just read the entire article and it is full of holes. It seems that some facts have been streeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetched to say the least along with some added hysteria crap. Wikipedia has a what appears to be a more factual account of what happened and it's nothing like the globalresearch one. It's a long article but for those that are interested the link is posted below.

It is true that a lot of seal pups are coming ashore sick but it's due to lack of food/dehydration not the Fukushima disaster. A recent quote from one of the local rescues:

"So far there is no evidence of underlying primary infectious disease or toxic insult to suggest what has caused these sea lion pups to strand. The sardine and anchovy fish numbers were extremely low in 2012, and it appears this resulted in female adult sea lions having a difficult time providing enough nourishment to their pups, resulting in the pups being underweight and weaned a month or two early. The pups that survived have been unable to forage adequately and ended up on the beaches extremely emaciated."

The Pacific fish story is - well fishy. Scientists have detected radiation in some species but very small amounts. One person would have to eat 4,000 pounds of albacore tuna at a much higher radiation level than what they found to date to raise their radiation level by 1%.

I just read that the Japanese government regulators obtain top level positions with the power companies after retirement from government service. I'm shocked. :-o I wonder why there's not a lot of transparency?
