The original faceplate is so cherry I'll use my spare plate to make the pot alignment and solder opration. Don't want to chance anything with that facep[late. It made it 40 years without being scratched......

She is a looker ain't she?? Lyle, one issue still remains, those damn RCA jacks. There is no drop in replacement, so be careful. Of you use stiff IC's support them so they don't hang on the back of the pre only. Workin on a replacement for em though...
