I'm very curious about any tech item
Dear all,
after a super tuning of my systems ,
I'm testing the liquid music .
What do you think about this way to listen to music ?
At present I'm using my Lenovo PC equipped with Conexant chip .
( resolution from 16bit 44.1 Khz to 24 / 192 Khz ) and
some test files from this site http://www.2l.no/hires/,.
IMHO ( first impression ) the vinyl records are better , but .....
so , two questions :
- what about the quality of Conexant 20671 ?
- is it necessary an external DAC ( for instance based on Xmos or AD ) to appreciate this kind of music ?
Ciao
Marco

I have no idea, I rip stuff to my computers and use Windows Media Player or VLC etc.

Today I have a copy of Eat To The Beat - Blondie to add to Going For The One - Yes, 2 Years On -Bee Gees and two Orchestral Manoevers In The Dark singles in the recording queue.
