Years ago, I bought one of those from a bookstore which was going out of business. Didn't keep it, though.

I remember it being VERY heavy for a tuner.

Probably their second-best analogue tuner. The L07-T is the best (although FM only) analogue tuner they made for home stereo. Up there with the best analogue tuners made by anyone according to FMtunerinfo.

I actually started my "Silver Kenwood project" with the tuner, and then collected the other pieces from the same era.

The only thing I'm missing is the original Kenwood equipment rack. I've only seen one in three years or so of looking...
