Holy Crap, that case is bitchin' badass, ain't nuthin' nice nice!!! All the drawers in my Gramps desk in my bedroom are from the early 1900's and dovetailed, fine old world craftsmanship, I have a woody now :rabbit:

Jim's up in Utah is one of the original purple faced ones, he's had it updated I'm sure internally, you've got some great stuff Rex :love10:
Thanks Stu! I've not spoken with Jim in a while. Is he a member here?

I keep my eye out for the purple faced ones as they usually goes for a lot less money. Never hurts to have two nice pre amps around ;)
Yeah, Jim signed up after I harrassed him over at Steve Hoffman forums, as you know he's a big Klipsch guy too, he also loves to go to the Vegas NASCAR races in your hood!! PM him, lets all meet up!! :thumbright:

As you should if that's what you like. I've heard a few of those classics and I'm happy to own this.

L100T's are nice. I have a few pairs of JBL's around the house these days w/ the 240Ti's being top dog.

There's a theater under the Arch?? I never knew that, but I lived there a long time ago...

2 actually. One old school, one THX-JBL-UREI with multi story screen. You could see all the electronics through glass.

Back on topic, Rex, I hope you post some feedback on the performance of that fine looking pre.

I sure will. It's not something new to me. I've had it for several years now.

I just worked a trade on a super sweet amp and pair of speakers that will most likely be teamed up with the pre very soon.

I think I've actually reached the end of the SS line with this new rig that will be coming online shortly.
