ok....found....connected left one....the one i adjusted to 380mV on the pot....now reads 680 on the backplanes...somthing wrong between the 2 readings...

Yep, bring it back down to 380. I could have been wrong about the positive speaker post, it may have been the negative one to measure from, hence the backplane measurement.

After 15 minutes set em both at 385....

No, it's set now. If you are wondering about DC offset, positive lead to positive speaker and negative lead to negative speaker post.

ok.....so problem was not coming from bias then...it seemed correct on backplanes...

Tracking is saying tomm still it left billings,mt on Friday so I would think tomm!
