Jer's 700B loaner

One of these days I am gonna have to get myself a 400 or 700B and see what all the hub bub is about. No series II, just the plain 400 or 700B. :rabbit:

I think you would be so happy if ya did that..... Sure won't regret it ! O... By the way.... That avatar is a real eye catcher !!! WOW !

All the hub bub occurs AFTER the WHITE OAKING. A stock PL would be pulling back up duty to the Spec 2 were they not White Oaked.....

Sure it would have to be hot rodded and up to spec with the WOPL parts of some sort. :headbang:

Does it have finess and smoothness at lower power output? I next to never open my gear up.

Sure does Web. Maybe I send you a WOPL 400 to audition....

The 700B loaner made it back from Jer today. Replaced Q4 in the right channel, and re-zoebeled the DCP.

I like this test setup better, a lot more room.

Don't like his resistor or capacitors he's running there. The 4.7 ohm is quite inductive. And the cap looks to be polystyrene, but those are pretty hard to get so I ran a 250 volt polypro.

On the horns now with Patricia Barber on.......
