Isolated Tab TO220's

I've got an Advent 300 receiver that I'm fixing for a friend. It uses TO220 outputs with insulators and nylon screws. I'd like to use complimentary isolated tab devices in place of 2N6487 and 2N6490 so as to eliminate the nylon screw. Suggestions?.
 
What's wrong with nylon screws? If you need more torque capacity, get glass-reinforced nylon screws to replace them.
 
I've also seen nylon bushings that can be used with metal screws.

FWIW, Heathkit used these for years, and I've never had an issue using them along with a suitable insulator.
