Is that a horn ... or what ?

Good to see my funny wasnt open to interpretation..

I'd never own a pair of those but I'm pretty curious how they would sound in the flesh ...

Me too Tony. I've seen some exotic horn arrangements I'd love to hear.
Check out hornsolutions.com

I'll check it out Lee. Thx.

I'm getting the speaker itch again. Martin Logan folded motion AMT tweeters look pretty interesting.

If I was filthy, stupid rich with a mansion and a great-room to do 'em justice ...

I'd pick up these - just cuz !

There was a guy.in Italy whose basement was used for two bass horns that were terminated on the main floor. You could walk in the throat to put the woofers in..I've linked it before..

Once you hear (feel) 16 Hz, you will always want to hear or feel it again. The good thing about bass is that you don't lose the ability to hear or feel it as you get older.

There is a pipe organ at the Spreckles Amphitheater in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA with a low register of 16 Hz. One Sunday afternoon, the conductor said, "Let's have some fun." He played Bach's Passacaglia in C. Wow, the ground was shaking.
