Is Bob Carver aware of the fixes made to Phase Linear amps?

The thought just occured to me. I wonder if Bob Carver knows of the work that has been done to improve and "fix" his brainchild, the Phase Linear amplifier by Joe, Don and others? I'll bet he would like to know the answers to the questions that plagued the amps for all their years of production.

It would be very interesting to know. Have we thought of inviting him to become a member here? As I understand it, he is a really nice guy and very approachable.

I am sure that anything that has been done is totally in the public domain, so just thought this might be an interesting topic for conversation..

I believe ED Blackwood has , or will broach the subject with him.

The WO mod was brought up in the smaller Carver forum by me. Bob does visit occasionally.
