While I'm sure its a rare piece, I'm just gonna throw this out there. If anyone ever finds one of these I would certainly be interested. I personally have never seen one, but maybe someone else has. So if you stumble upon one in your travels please keep me in mind.

It is for use with the Bose 4401 Pre Amp. I would plug it into my pre amp.
