I have an opportunity to buy a pioneer 950 Deck

The small plactic piece in front of the cassette has a crack in it. The belts have been replaced but I need an opinion on the heads.This is what the seller sent.

Requests for opinions with photographs of head blocks that are rendered with poor lighting, poor angles and not truly "macro" in nature are always problematic.

You photo is fairly close...but..

Those heads look just dirty to me and they need a good cleaning, anyway i see pinch rollers being a bit shiny and i'm not sure if that can affect somehow considering it's a dual capstan, you might use some rejuvenator to revive the rubber or replace them if needed.

Thanks guys I offered $100 and he came back with $200. I think I will pass. I bought a Denon Cassette Deck from him last week and it was perfect but I don't want to press my luck.

@ BlazeES That photo was taken off ebay but on the strength of the opinions rendered I feel I should pass it up.If the seller couldn't clean it up right who knows what else is ahead.
