If the govt says a fetus is a person then she can consider it a person, too. This means the HOV-2 lane is just fine

Maybe if we had a reasonable abortion law, there would not need to be a law saying an embryo or early pregnant fetus is a person.

Oh well, glad I don't need to be all worked up over this issue.
 
unless it occupies a seat/carseat/seatbelt it's bullshit. People are just getting stupid. Even more stupid than our fucked up laws (depending on what day it is).

airlines charge per seat for people. Used to allow a handheld baby on board free if not taking up a seat.
 
The point is, it goes both ways.

Use the HOV lane with “two people” as long as your willing to buy two air fare tickets for “two people”. I have a feeling this same woman would feel double air fare cost would be unfair…

I think she should quit bitching and obey the law. I never break any laws (of physics).
 
actually it is the same as the rich using the loopholes to avoid paying taxes. If the US says a fetus is a person then she is two people until birth and then there are two separate people. Just using the US laws to her advantage. Nothing wrong with that. And we don't have HOV lanes here so IDC.

Well it’s not too bad up in CT but down on Long Island the troopers carried a crucifix in the trunk for roadside use.
