Hi Everyone,

I have been very active on another forum (Tapeheads) and a member suggested i try here as well....So here i am!
My main interests are the 1978 Pioneer Silver series, but i seemed to have amassed a lot of other stuff as well, and not all of it Pioneer!


I am a collector / user (Mrs PC uses the term 'Hoarder'!) But it all has to work, and look OK.

I have other inteersts as well, I collect postage history, Ride motorbikes on road and off road, Train regularly at the gym (But don't hold that against me! It was a new angle) and Play Tenor Sax.... Music, HiFi and vintage kit is where my true heart lies.... and Pioneer kit ticks all the boxes for me!

Hey welcome to PHX PC. You might remember me as Parnelly over there at TH.

Lee can definitely help you out with that new spec pre amp you picked up. He knows some upgrades for them that take them to another level apparently.

Enjoy the forum, youll find there are many dual citizen members from TH here.

Hi There BubbbaH (Parnelly) and yes i do remember you!

Looks friendly enough form me!

I am going to PM Lee soon, i am about to do a complete clean up of the Spec 4 Power Amp, i have just done the Spec 1 Pre amp.....

I was thinking of changing the white lamps for Blue LED units....those are big meters though!

I have had a great relationship with many of our audio fans from the UK, especially those who have a similar musical and vintage gear taste to mine. I was happy to see you invite Shaun to PHX Steven. And I think you are right about him being hard working on the Pioneer front. Nando's European counterpart?
