Grant Fidelity P-307.

Any knowledge on a Grant Fidelity P-307 phono stage would be appreciated. Looking to hook this up through a preamp that does not have a phono stage. Not sure about mixing tubes with SS? Any thoughts???

Don't have any knowledge of them, but I'm gonna throw 2¢ into the fray...

Interesting design! I thought you meant mixing a SS preamp into a tube preamp/amp, but it's the other way 'round.

I'm thinking it should sound really sweet and warm. Since the phono preamp is tube based, it's not going to handle large current loads that a tube based power amp would have- you're not going to drive it into clipping.

I'd go for it. Look for some user opinions, don't entirely rely on the sales pitch.
