It's from a Troma film. Dunno which one but the chickypop on accordion is Phoebe Legere. I first saw her on TV back in the 80's and she left a lasting impression.
Here she is doing a mighty fine rendition of Johnny B Good with Hugh 'House MD' Laurie on drums and PAtrick 'Mr Stars' Moore on xylophone.

Some of you may not know that Hugh is a brit and has a very upper-crust British accent :D

When it was being broadcast on TV, I did not watch a single episode of House. I couldn't think of Hugh Laurie as any character other than George in Blackadder which I was addicted to.

Several years later, I binge watched every episode of House on Netflix.

There were severeal scenes in House that featured Hugh Laurie with musical instruments. I did not realize that he was an accomplished musician. But I found a CD he'd recorded and although not a great vocalist, he's a pretty good player. I liked his boogie woogie version of Swanee River.
