No such things as bad days, just bad moments
I went to an Arby's 2 weeks ago. Was on a road trip and had to detour into a town I wasn't planning to go through but went anyway specifically to get an Arby's sandwich.

A dozen or more years ago I used to like them.

My order was a large beef and cheddar with a large curly fries - no drink. Cost was $14. The sandwich was terrible - not at all like I remembered. I would have chucked it half eaten but ate it anyway because of the cost. Fast food prices are atrocious and what they sell now is awful.

I avoid McDonalds except once or twice a year I'll get a sausage & egg McGriddle to eat while driving. I think those are $6 now so about a buck a bite.

Take out pizza as another gripe of mine. I have a $20 ceiling on what I'll pay for a medium pepperoni. Only one place in town charges that - $19.96 with tax. Fortunately it's not bad. Other local pizza joints are charging $25 to $35 and their pizza is not more enjoyable.

Chinese food to go is something else that is priced beyond what it's worth. An order of "budget" chow mein is pushing $20.

Life is short, so take your time
These fast food prices are getting out of hand.
We just go to local sit down Mom'Pop places now.
Price is about the same and the meals are a Lot better .
And we are supporting the local economy.
Win Win .
We do the same thing and everybody else should too
