FS Carver C-4000

Here is a good condition but not perfect C-4000. It has new electrolytic Nichicon bypolar caps in signal path and high voltage Nichicon’s in power supply throughout unit. Power supply upgraded. Output op amps upgraded with OPA2134 / brown dog. Complete with decoupling caps on rail supply at each op amp.

THD+N is now below Stock THD alone

No....you can run a noise sweep with the AMPL/NOISE function, noise setting on volts, it will usually read in MICRO volts or uV. Short the inputs of the amp. I usdually go 10 to 30khz unweighted...

I have been listening to this unit for a while now. It is very clear without any noise. Would mate with any Phase Linear.
