I've been dying to get a group and rent this place out, it's out in the middle of nowhere, slip the sherriff a few Grants, tell the owners to stay in town for the weekend, and the whole place is ours!! http://www.theshadydell.com/

Some of the cool AK folk, spartanmanor, similost and the NC Mafia made a trail run already. The owners were willing to vacate the property with a nice deposit for an open air stereo slugfest. Way cool vintage trailers, all kitched out :cheers:
 
No offense Stuwee. I didn't leave anything in Arizona I need to go back and get. LOL Gillette is bigger than Fort Dodge. Found hotel for 3 star for 54.00 a night. Just have to find a place to Jam. Lee that way we can ship to you. I will ship extra stuff like cables and stuff. Lee if no one else wants to do it I'll be there buddy. Just talked to Carly. She said OK. Does Wyoming still have the Homestead act. I looked at property there before.

Dave works some strange Hours usually weekends,,and if you've ever had the pleasure of seeing his shop area and all the gear he has in some state of repair it,s not hard to understand why he doesn,t log in on a regular basis,,,plus I,m due to travel his way this monday to pick up my M-80
 
We have an events center that rents out different sized halls. lots of motel rooms. My listening room is small but like I said the Camplex has a lot of choices. We also host the National High School Finals Rodeo on a regular basis. Google that and the Rec Center, nothing like em in the country.

I checked out the camplex. Yes you have a few more hotels than the good ole Fort Dodge. I didn't contact the camplex to see the cost.

The price is negotiable, and if you're a Campbell County rancher..........well its a big discount.
