cork sheets - metric thicknesses

I have a guy working on my Tandberg R2R. The cork behind the reel tables has disintegrated.
He is having trouble sourcing proper metric thickness cork sheets to replace the rotten stuff. The local craft/hobbie stores stock non-metric cork. Does anyone have a source for this stuff? Thanks. Doug

I've ordered synthetic rubber clutchpads from Norway. I'm unsure of how long it will take for shipping.

I have the deck back, but the reel tables are not at the same height. Hopefully, I'll get to try it out today.
