I'll think about it, but have also heard that the e-cigs contain some nasty chemicals, so not sure which way to go. I have never had a bad cough but am starting to get one which is making me think twice.
 
Yhay little bottle lasts me 8 days...

Vaporleaf in Denver. There are local shops all over now, but Vaporleaf has been mailordering from the beginning.
 
Start with the 24%. I'm still doing that one. Most of the nicotine is absorbed through your mouth, abd nasal passages. The vapor is much larger than smoke molecules, so taking ut in your lungs is a waste. You get the hang of it eventually..
 
I'm not sure, but I think with cigarettes, a major proportion of the really bad chemicals are actually in the cigarette paper.
You can see this when u lite one up, and just watch the paper burn and u can see little flare ups and sizzles, which are definitely coming from the paper. They do it to try to make the cig burn evenly.
I can't smoke cigs, they make me cough and splutter and choke, even tho' I'm a heavy 'smoker'. Take away the paper and I'm fine! Go figure.

…. but that was a most informative read, wot u wrote Lee. I had a vaporiser, which made things much smoother, but it got 'lost'. :(

Give up D2, while u can soon, otherwise u never will. The job will definitely help u cut down, as we all know, it's mainly when u have idle hands, that u unconsciously reach for a cigarette.
