that's coz in reality 25 - 30Hz is about the threshold of where u can't hear audio any more and u start to feel the waves.

Maybe customs have mistaken the capacitors for something else? Oh yeah oil tankers go faster, cos they never run out of fuel :evil4:

nah, it's fine.....
don't worry about the sparks. it'll soon weld itself together, and the smoke will eventually settle.
just lick each one to test continuity while it's still powered up.
you'll soon know if the capacitance is worth worrying about or not. :flower:
