It hasn't gone well for Trent Suggs as he has been ousted from ARC which is looking for help and has a court date.

Talk on the web is there is some entity with funding thinking of going on. No McIntosh.

Pages and pages of creditors listed. But operations continue. Hmmm. Hope it gets a great new owner.
