Before we can proceed with a calibration procedure we as a community need to define any additional specifications and tolerances we might want to include.
Most of what you will see in my rough draft (of specifications and tolerances) was taken from Phase Linear's manufacturer's specifications: 700, 700B, 700 II and PRO 700 owner's manuals, services manuals and sales brochures. In some cases there is a discrepancy in the specifications.
Additionally, I added a few more things we may want to consider (i.e. channel separation/crosstalk, etc).
So I began a checklist on the first (2) pages (see attached document) which will eventually correlate to steps in the calibration procedure. Once someone is familiar with all of the steps you can just jump to the checklist in the back of the procedure. NOTE: The Navy NAVAIR calibration procedures often have a checklist in the back of them. Using the checklist and recording the data will also be helpful in evaluating differences between PC boards, etc.
