I've still got a pair of 8" and 10" Optimus DVCs and can't seem to made them work out with any of my crossovers and work well. Too much woof for the amp!

OTOH, in my case, I have too much amp (60 watts X2) for my woofers (6 1/2 inch).

It wantes to pull the amp down too low on impedence and strains. Like I said don't know what to do with them just yet.,

Do you have a second set of speakers? If so, you could try hooking them up in series, to raise the impedance...at least, it's worth a try, a daisy-chain of speakers: :flower::flower::flower::flower::flower::flower::flower::flower:

I do know where the meter is at so I'll check that out. Sorry that I'm a ltttle slow lately.
