I really love this young man, he was a bagger/cart getter at the store, he is a very introverted, sweet young man, he went to work at the target warehouse 2 years ago because it paid more. He has a lovely girlfriend and comes into my store almost daily for the last year, sometimes with what I would call "shady friends", I just got a bad vibe from some of them. His girlfriend is a doll!! Just love her too!!

Last week, his brother was shot and killed. He has been charged with his murder and attempted robbery + 4 other counts, I can't find much information on the net or facebook at this time. The little I did get was 2nd hand from others (assume gossip at this time). This 2nd hand info is that one of his buddies shot his brother and he tried to bury the gun in the desert for whatever reason ( I assume to protect his buddy), under Arizona law, if you tamper with evidence in a murder, you are also charged with that murder.

I have a HUGE respect for the law of the land...that's why I'm voting Trump and not the other one! I do however, have an issue with ruining a young life because of a stupid mistake.

Yes, I plan on being a character witness if they call on me.

That sherrif is in Phoenix so a non issue, and our courts are no different than anybody else's. If yer talkin about Arpio, he's my hero. If it takes profiling to get rid of the burdens on our society (Mexican thugs and their offspring), oh well. I see first hand the issues they bring with them. The desert is littered with their waste and our law enforcement is bogged down from their bullshit, not just Arpio. And, as far as people just wanting to come north and work? Fuck them and the wall they may have to climb.

If the guy murdered his brother, he don't deserve a chance. And that's got nothin to do with nothin.

If he was present during the crime he will be dealt with just like the perp, and that is the Law of the United States. If he just buried it for his buddy and was not present, he may spend some time but it won't be for murder. If yer gonna play.....

Too bad that this kid made a bad personal choice Craig.

I guess he was impressionable and got hooked up with a bad cast of characters. This will be a tough lesson he has learned in life but unless they forced him to do this, this was all his choosing.

I'm afraid that trying to dispose of the weapon is called evidence tampering and it makes they man an accessory to the murder. It is sad, but he is going to serve for that.

All I saw looking at Arpaio's tweets were references to My...my jails, my tent cities, my employees...not one OUR or YOUR.

Not good.

He can call them HIS, don't bother me a bit. Seems he bothers a bunch of people but who gives a shit? He's hammering CRIMINALS. He must be pretty popular, it's a fricking elected position. But, this ain't an Arpaio thread.

YUP, we like him, the rest of the country don't understand what we go through down here. The criminals (you can call them undocumented or whatever you choose, they are still criminals) and their munchkins just kill us down here (LITERALLY). They have got our state so screwed up, an honest guy like myself (allegedly) couldn't even collect unemployment after working my fricken ass off all my life. I also have to keep a pistol in every drawer because we don't feel safe even though we have a border patrol truck on every corner. I invite all who would like to witness said bullshit, to come down and stay for a few days with me. Just bring beer, and ammo. FUCK THE ILLEGALS. Come on Donald, I'll help with the wall. If you have been here for more than 90 days (the length of a visa) go the hell home or wherever, just go.

CAN I GET AN AMEN ON THE AMEN.....
