the member that I got my 700ii for also has a 700b that is bone stock working non resrored unmodified. this is a gut shot of it any one every seen a 700b that looked like this from the factory it dose not match stock gut shots on google images

It's got the zobel netowork of a pro amp. The chassis is mangled bad enough to qualify for road use. What is the round thing protruding up from the bottom cover? I'm guessing the original PL20 board was smoked pretty bad and retrofitted with a series II board.

Good call on the knob. The Craigslist ad shows the knob missing on the meter select switch. Definitely get it out of there before powering up.
