Shouldn't get that just by touching the heatsinks and nothing else,,,turn the cord 180 in the receptacle...and touch it again....and remember this was a quickie conversion one weekend....there could be unfinished business in there...

The heatsinks are fine, one of my fingers ran across a few of the outputs. as I was reaching behind the amp from the front. But yeah I will flip the prongs around. I unplug it when not using it anyway.

Good thing it wasn't Jers M-80 I was reaching behind on.:rabbit:

Well I determined no matter how hard I drive the amp it doesn't heat up or break a sweat, but of course my lower level family room ia about 65 degrees year round. :rabbit:

Good. Didn't land anything bigger than 4 lbs this time but man I had some big ones on the line for awhile. I'll post some pics on a bit. My camera only caught the first 3 or so days, it took a dip in the river and just now the lens has dried enough to shoot some clear pics..

My giant E-Cig battery layed on the river bottom for 5 days till they turned the river down and I found it. Could not save it...

Ya gotta get in the 300 watt and up range to get er warm...
Yep, I had her pretty hot a few times but had to hover by the speakers to turn the volume down in an emergency LMAO. Couple times I got that telltall tweeter and mid fade and had to back it down a smidge

I miss that amp a lot, can't wait to have my own!
