700B on the bay

I tried to get this guy down to $400 for this 700B but he was only willing to come down to $500 (WAY TOO HIGH FOR ME) but is a great WOPL candidate. Gone are the $200 cores for WOPL'ing. I came up as far as $420 but he declined
